Adequate water intake prevents dehydration, cleans out the body, and promotes healing processes.
- It is recommended that we should drink eight glasses of water everyday. Check if you are taking enough water every day.
- Always carry water bottle or keep a glass of water with you while working and drink from it.
- Remember that tap water is fresh and fluoride content in it makes teeth strong and healthy. Otherwise, drink from water filter, which is appealing to drink.

- Drink lot of fruit juices, eat watermelons and eggs, an egg has 74% of water.
- Drink water even if you are not thirsty. Thirst is a situation where water quantity in body is less and body cannot work normally.
- Inadequate water in the body effects brain and it can be dangerous.
