Why The Teens Quit Their Smoking

In this world billions of people are having the tobacco by the smoked or chew up. Previous only adults have this habit but teens are doing it now. Many teenagers now are smoking up a cigarette. Generally it’s not a fun habit and it does cost you a lot of money and also there are no benefits to smoking really none at all. Thousands of people die each month from cancer. Most of the teens pick up smoking from their friends or parents. So every parent should take care to prevent your child from smoking if you quit. Actually it is not an easy thing to do but for your child’s sake it is worth it. The problem with teens and adults that smoke and chew this tobacco has to do with chemical nicotine. The body knows when it requirements the nicotine and if the body does not receive it than it goes into withdrawal. So that can have shakes, go into a rage, madness, until they have a cigarette. Nicotine can affect a person’s heart, lungs, stomach, attitude and nervous system. There are so many reasons why teenager smokes. Here are some reasons why the teens addict for smoking:

* Look cool, do it with friends
* Gives them a good feeling
* Makes them calmer
* Gets them to lose weight, for some they gain
* Show their personality, identity

So if you find your teen is smoking then find the cigarettes throw them away no matter how much it will make them mad. And give the counseling and teach them it’s not good if you can help your teenager resist the first puff, you will dramatically improve their odds for a healthier and longer life. Nicotine is the addictive substance in cigarettes. It is like drugs for people who smoke. Nicotine enhances the release of a number of brain chemicals that are related with relaxation and appetite suppression. Here are some risks of smoking in teens

* Death
* Shortness of breathe
* Overeating
* Heart attacks
* Smells your clothes and body
* More coughing
