In my view yoga is the best way to transform our lives in a positively. Yoga is one of the old, traditional and widely practiced form of exercises, popular through out the world. It can be done by each and every individual regardless of age and gender. It is a form of exercise which strengthens our body, mind and soul.

Yoga mainly involves practicing various postures using different joints of the body. Along with the postures the individual should also concentrate on his breathing patterns. Meditation is also a form of yoga. Initially yoga is to be practised under supervision of an instructor, later, on mastering the postures we can do it any convenient place.
